Staph Aid site: what to review

This is a clickable prototype of the new staphaid.com, not the live store. Nothing is charged, sent or saved. Use the black bar at the top to jump between pages. Look at it on your phone too, where most buyers will see it. XX means a real number is still needed. Please sign off on two things: the design (layout, look, flow), and the decisions below. Once you've approved it, we build the real Shopify theme.

1. Page by page

PageWhat to judge
HomeThe whole sales story in one scroll. Watch the "17 billion CFU" lines appear, the packet finale where purple fills the screen, and the Starter Kit band. Does the order of sections sell the product the way you would?
Shop all newThree bundles with a Refills / One-Time switch. Prices change and the Kit disappears on One-Time. Replaces the six old product URLs.
ProductThe buy box is the most important thing on the site. Click every bundle and both plans, then Add to Cart. Check every price against what you actually charge.
CartSlides in from the side. Shows savings, the free Kit line (Refills only) and an upgrade offer.
Offer pageThe ad landing page (gym angle). One template will make all the condition, creator and channel pages. Is the gym angle right for your first ads?
GiftsHow the Starter Kit and bundles are explained. The headline sits close to Grüns; say if you want it rewritten.
ScienceEvery claim here is "formulated to support". Anything stronger needs a source first.
Our storyThin on purpose: there is no founder story on the live site. This page needs yours.
FAQLive-site answers plus new sections for Refills, Ingredients and the Kit. Read for accuracy.
ContactUses the live address, phone, email and hours. Confirm they are current.
PoliciesYour live policy text, word for word. See the conflicts below.

2. Decisions only you can make

Money and offers

  1. Prices. The site uses $24.99 / $49.98 / $74.97 on Refills and $29.99 / $59.98 / $89.97 one-time, copied from the live store. Confirm, because the live site also shows a second, older price list.
  2. One discount number. The popup says 60% off, the site says up to 70% off, and the live site says "Save 25%" on Refills when the real saving is 16%. Pick the numbers and they go everywhere.
  3. The $70 Kit value. We need the basis for $70 (the retail price of each item). Advertised "value" figures get challenged.
  4. Shipping. Your policies state free shipping and delivery times differently in different places. What is the real rule?

Legal and policies

  1. Refunds vs. the guarantee. The refund policy says no returns on sale items, but everything is on sale and every page promises a 30-day money-back guarantee. One of them has to change.
  2. Text messages. The site collects phone numbers for marketing texts, but the privacy policy has no SMS section. This must be added before launch.
  3. Governing law. The terms do not name a state. Your lawyer should fill it in.
  4. Lines marked LEGAL. Some copy restored from the live site says the product helps with staph or infections. Those lines need your lawyer to approve them or they come off.
  5. The "Her Story" video. It includes prevention claims and a wound image. Keep, trim, or drop?
  6. "100% Organic" on Billy's badge. Only USDA-certified products can say organic. Do you have the certificate? If not, the badge text changes.

Proof we need before a number goes up

  1. Review and order counts. The site now shows the live site's figures: 15,732 reviews and 100,000+ orders delivered. The live site also has an image that says "5,000+ 5 star reviews", which doesn't match. Confirm both numbers from the review app and your order history.
  2. Survey numbers. 93.6% / 88.3% / 88.2% stay off until you send where they come from.
  3. Testing panel. The live site shows the same four testing numbers Grüns uses. We need your real lab report (COA), or the panel stays as XX.
  4. 17 billion CFU. This needs the lab report or label that backs it.
  5. Ingredient lists. The "Free From" list and the "5 Reasons" card don't list the same things. Send the correct allergen list.
  6. Reviews. Which reviews app (Judge.me or Junip), and can your existing reviews be imported? Stars stay hidden until there are real ones.

Things only you can send

  1. Your founder story for the Our Story page.
  2. Real photos of customers (with written permission) and the product. The people in the current photos are AI-generated placeholders, and so is Billy.
  3. Old links. Which of the six live product URLs should redirect where.

Already settled, so no need to revisit: the Grüns-style look (you approved it), and keeping your live copy word for word (anything risky is flagged, not rewritten). Send notes page by page. Screenshots with a circle on them are perfect.
